Use Metal Epoxy

Metal epoxy sticks create strong, lasting repairs on metal furniture, fixtures, and surfaces. The two-part formula bonds and cures to a hard, shapeable, paintable finish.

• Abrasives
• Gloves
• Shaping tool
• Topcoat (optional)

1. Clean and abrade the metal surface for adhesion.
2. Break off the correct amount of epoxy for the repair.
3. Knead the two-part epoxy until the color is uniform.
4. Apply the epoxy firmly to the repair area.
5. Shape the epoxy before it begins to cure.
6. Allow the full cure time per the product instructions.
7. Sand and finish the cured repair smooth.
8. Apply a topcoat if color matching is required.

• Knead thoroughly — unmixed epoxy will not cure to full strength.
• Work quickly once mixed; cure time starts immediately.
• Abrade the surface well; epoxy bonds to texture, not polish.
