1. Clean the surface thoroughly to remove grease and residue.
2. Identify the finish type and sheen of the cabinet.
3. Select the correct color marker or fill stick to match.
4. Apply the product in the direction of the wood grain.
5. Blend the edges so the repair disappears into the surrounding finish.
6. Allow the repair to dry completely.
7. Apply a clear topcoat if needed to match the original sheen.
